​Everything started with a student of multimedia arts, and later of strategic communications, who at his 20s had a vision of a place where students and professionals in the art, publishing, advertising, or production industry can have one place to do the essential duties that their profession or academic major demands.

Recalling all the burdens that come with venturing on artistic projects and the post-hassle of finding a convenient place to rest, preferably near the project’s site for convenience, he hoped that someday there would be a place where he can have the amenities of a professional studio and a place where he can lodge in one location.

10 years later and the vision came true, the "310" family was born; ready to foster a place where artists as a hotel chain with an art / photography studio. The company’s vision is to be a one-stop photography / art studio and hotel, and its goals are to primarily provide the facilities and accommodation, complimented with high-quality customer service.
