About Us

It started with the vision...

Everything started with the 16-year-old David's vision to build a place for artists, students and professional, to work on their projects or crafts with the available accommodations. David experienced the burden of working on art projects from traditional to digital art, and dreamed of a place where he can do all his projects with excellent guest services in a minimalist but luxurious feel venue. David was fond of hotels growing up and he combined both of his interests into one and came up with the idea of having a hotel for artists.

Now in 2020, almost 10 years later, the dream finally came true, and the "310" family was born. The company is a one-stop photography / art studio and hotel that provides the facilities and accommodation in one location, complimented with high-quality customer service - just as David had envisioned.

"310" (pronounced three-one-Oh) Studios and Lodge” is an artists lounge located in Seattle’s artistic neighborhood, Capitol Hill. The company is greatly influenced by two industries: Fashion and Hospitality.

The company offers studios spaces for photoshoots, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that meet current photoshoot trends. Our hotel also include specialized studio concierge that will help them with their project such as for borrowing camera accessories, helping with the lights.

the hotel also has workstations for post-production works such as editing or other computer-related works, and of course rentable rooms for overnight stays.

The hotel also adheres to the current technological demands and is equipped with high speed internet access in the workstations as well as in the units. Unit types will range from a studio to 2-bedroom rooms, with daily breakfast buffet included. The company also welcomes student projects and will have a special discount for students.
